1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 ripe bananas, quartered

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the brown sugar and for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the cinnamon and nutmeg.
