
1/2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yoghurt
1 medium orange
2-3 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
1 tbsp. honey
Place the yoghurt in a small bowl. Remove the peel from the orange by carefully cutting off each end, then slicing down the sides. Squeeze the juice remaining in the peels over the yoghurt. Slice the fruit first into circles and then in half to form semi-circles. Arrange over yoghurt.
