
2 cups Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and chopped (about 20 dates)
2 cups raw cashew nuts
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup natural almonds
Pinch sea salt
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
Place the dates, cashews, cocoa powder, almonds and sea salt in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
Add the coconut and extract; pulse again, adding the water a little at a time until the mixture makes a moist but not sticky dough.
